The following items are needed for your complete loan application.  Please have them on hand when we meet.

1. • Federal tax returns for the previous 2 years, including all schedules, W2s, 1099s, and other supporting documents
   

2. •Most current pay-stub
   

3. •Most current bank statements for all accounts including IRAs, 401(k)s, etc.
   

4. •Name, address and phone number of your current landlord (if renting)
   

5. •Name, address and account numbers of mortgage lenders on all properties owned
   

6. •Name, balance and minimum payments required on all monthly debts, car loans, VISA, Mastercard, etc.
   

7. •Dates and address of all residences held in the last 2 years
   

8. •Certificate of Eligibility and DD214 (VIA loans only)
   

9. •Social security card and driver’s license
